The Miller College of Business Undergraduate Programs Office is seeking an Associate Director to join its team. This position is a great fit for a student success oriented professional who would like a leadership role. The Associate Director will serve vital functions for the Miller College of Business. They will help drive assessment, accreditation, scholarship, and student engagement.

Position Function
Envision yourself as part of a collaborative and innovative team that has a deep commitment to student success. This position will deliver and evaluate programs and services to recruit, retain, and guide students in the Miller College of Business to academic success. The position will work across organizational units to collect and analyze data for decision making and reporting. The position supports activities and reporting necessary for Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accreditation and the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) accreditation. The Associate Director reports to the Executive Director of Student Outcomes.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum Experience
Two years of experience in curricular or educational assessment, recruitment or admissions, student support, and/or program monitoring/quality improvement.
Minimum Other
Excellent organization, detail orientation, and time management skills. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Authorization to work in the US
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Education
Master's degree from an accredited institution.
Preferred Experience
Additional years of related experience; strong experience with data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Other
Requires successful completion of a background check and education verification.
