Concierge
Description: To greet all residents/guests, answering the phone, accept packages, event planning, customer service, and support the Community Manager.
Hours: Seasonal Position (April – October); 40 Hours a week, Thursday to Monday (Weekends a must)
Day to Day Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering the front desk phone and taking appropriate messages where needed
- Coordinate any deliveries with a resident/ensuring packages are received and entered to the online package system
- Scheduling laundry pickup, design and decoration of the suites, replenishment of amenities or refreshments in the suites. May be responsible for helping guests get settled if they have rented a suite.
- Supporting the Community Manager/handle certain Management-related duties. Assist with special projects, calling vendors, putting together communications for the building, guest suites, inspections, etc.
- Building Cleanliness- Walking around the building and noting if something is untidy or a hazard in order to notify Management.
- Assist residents with dry cleaning, rental cars, reservations, maid services, airport transportation, etc.
- Valet Service – Concierge will assist the valet service and will be trained in the valet process.
Event Planning- Work with the Dining Committee throughout the year and put together a schedule of events for the season. Communication with residents/market events, working with vendors, decorating, ensuring the space is returned to its original condition, collecting feedback and seeing what could be improved, etc.
