Inhance Technologies, LLC seeks a Chemical Engineering Plant Manager. Plans, organizes & directs manufacturing & maintenance operations to ensure the most effective return on assets, Implements manufacturing strategies & action plans to ensure that the facility supports ARC’s strategic initiatives, Confers with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, & shipping, selects & trains plant supervisory & administrative staff, schedules & conducts plant meetings, Responsible for quality control of products, attends scheduled corporate training & meetings, Responsible for all environmental & safety programs. Manages the operational & fiscal activities of the department to include staffing levels, budgets, & financial goals, Design testing procedures & coordinate testing. Set up & run lab simulations. Conduct technical reviews, specifications, designs & codes. Evaluate engineering approaches and design measurement & control systems for large scale production.
