As Supervisor Public Area, you will be responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for internal and external guests. In this position, you will also be responsible for creating “Real Life Magic” - as seen by our guests – as well as behind the scenes for our associates. The Supervisor Public Area also has the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations – while balancing multiple competing priorities. The Supervisor Public Area supervises personnel assigned to the Outside Support Technician department in conjunction with the Engineering Facilities Operations Manager, the Assistant Director, and the Chief Engineer.

The Supervisor Public Area must be able to report to the property within 30 minutes in an emergency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Deliver internal and external guest service to the Nemacolin Way. Goes above and beyond – whether for an associate or guest.
- Maintains the outside components of the buildings at Nemacolin.
- Responsible for emptying trash, blowing leaves, etc.
- Empties trash cans and ash urns while changing sand as needed.
- Blows leave as needed while ensuring all debris has been cleared from guest areas.
- Work all outside areas and conditions.
- Reports any safety hazards to the assigned leader.
- Other job duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
- Excellent customer/guest service skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak both English and Spanish fluently.
- Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks.
- Ability to power wash, climb ladders and lift heavy objects.
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as through recreational experience.
