Job Description
This position is responsible for providing fiscal and administrative support to the College's Associate Deans. While this support will involve a variety of tasks, the majority will be connected to graduate education. This includes executing the processes necessary to hire the College's graduate assistants including monitoring and reporting budget findings, hiring and payroll paperwork, assisting with purchasing, and assisting with organizing events.

Working knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping principles, policies and procedures.
Demonstrated competency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office software.
Demonstrated outstanding organizational and time management skills.Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated proofreading skills to include the ability to use proper grammar, spelling and punctuation.Demonstrated outstanding ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a highly professional manner with a diverse group of faculty, staff, academic administrators and visitors.Demonstrated ability to resolve and interpret complex issues and/or policies and prioritize tasks independently.Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimum supervision.Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret and explain policies and procedures and to exercise sound judgment in dealing with people, information and problems.Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail.

Working experience working in an academic environment.Considerable experience in a fiscal support role to include maintaining records and creating reports.Prior familiarity with Banner.
Conditions of Employment
8 hours per day Monday through Friday, starting no later than 9:00. At most one day per week may be telework.
Annual Salary/Hourly Rate
Salary range between $ - 43,000 - 45,000
