Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs magnetic resonance procedures and related techniques, producing images at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed independent practitioner.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• ARRT (R) registry, LSRT (New graduates ca operate on a temporary state license through expiration of that license)
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic School
• One year of experience in MRI or one year employment in radiology at TUHC preferred, but not required
• Must be able to complete established competencies for the position within designated probationary period
• Board Certified in Louisiana (LSRT)
• MRI Certification is required within one year of hire date
• Work Schedule:  Full time shift.  Employee is required to rotate call for nights, weekends, and holidays

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
