Job Summary
The College of Social Work (CoSW) is looking to hire an Administrative Services Assistant to work out of our UK Campus location. The responsibilities for this position are housed under the following areas:
Operations Administration: This role will be responsible for providing professional support to the Associate Dean of Academic and Student Affairs while maintaining high sensitivity and confidentiality. The successful candidate will serve in the capacity of liaison, be responsible for scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and facilitating communication with constituents. This role will also assist in collection of information, maintaining the calendar of college wide assessments, and assist with accreditation documentation.
Program Coordination: Record keeping, administrative support related to programmatic needs, maintaining/creating student enrollment documentation and coordinating reservations and purchase requests related to events and programs—including travel arrangements/hospitality for out of town guests.
Student Documentation Support: Support administrative leadership with student documentation needs. Respond to request for licensure documentation, provide assistance in student requested verification of degree process. Maintain documentation of student accomplishments for ready access to program highlights.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
SAP, MS Office Suite, experience with various databases, knowledge/ability to learn UK policies and procedures, and poise and confidentiality.
