Job Summary
The Office of the Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration is seeking a student staff assistant. The student will be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, courier documents/other correspondence between campus buildings and providing general clerical support to management and/or office staff.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Applicant should be able to communicate with students, staff and executives, is dependable and willing to learn. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
