- Harvesting vegetable plots
- Soil sampling
- Assisting with data collection
- Assisting with field management (fertilizing, weeding, tractor work, etc.)
- Limited indoor lab workâcollecting soil weights, drying soil, inputting data from datasheets
- Assisting graduate students with their projects
- Must have a reliable cell phone
- Must have a reliable car to travel to the Horticulture Research Farm approximately 4 miles from campus (4321 Emmert Farm Lane, Lexington, KY) OR have a driver's license for at least 5 years
