Essential Functions: This Research Assistant position primarily provides research assistance and support for the Vice Chair for Education and faculty on the Education team at the Department of Epidemiology. General, responsible research administrative assistance and Primary activities: 1) research support on grants, scientific papers, and abstract submission along with other research related activities. 2) some related administrative support including schedule/organize meetings, write minutes, maintain filing system and track multiple tasks, create and access databases to generate reports, and process university paperwork; the individual will be expected to be highly self-motivated and actively involved in ensuring productivity for Faculty on the education team. The position requires flexibility, the ability to multitask, excellent time management skills, and computer proficiency.
